1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Free Shipping Policy RobotShine offers free standard shipping on all orders over $1,000. This offer applies automatically at checkout — no coupon code required. Free shipping is available for all destinations we currently serve.
4. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the following countries: United Kingdom — Ireland — United States — Canada — Australia — New Zealand — France — Belgium — Switzerland — Germany — Netherlands — Italy — Spain — Austria — Portugal. For any other country, please contact us at robotshine@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
5. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
6. Reinforced & Secure Packaging All RobotShine orders are shipped in reinforced, secure packaging to ensure your robot vacuum arrives in perfect condition. Every unit is carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouse.
7. Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and countries outside the European Union, additional customs fees or import duties may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the issue persists, contact us at robotshine@outlook.com and we will investigate immediately. In the case of a confirmed lost package, we will offer a full replacement or a complete refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at robotshine@outlook.com with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. RobotShine is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at robotshine@outlook.com.
11. Large Item Shipping Robot vacuum cleaners are large and heavy items. Delivery may require a signature upon receipt. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions for redelivery or collection.
